Review, Copy and Save
Review the draft before copying or saving it. A copied or downloaded draft is then handled by your device and any application you choose to use. On a shared device, clear the form and remove any saved copies you no longer need.

Before Online Inquiries Open
An online inquiry channel needs a confirmed recipient and a separate, complete privacy notice covering the responsible business, collection, use, service providers, retention and privacy requests. Those details will need to be published before that channel is enabled.
